Carlos Smaniotto Costa participated between 15 - 17 November 2018 in the 15th AHRA (Architectural Humanities Research Association) International Conference organized by the Department of the Built Environment of the Technical University of Eindhoven / The Netherlands. Centred on "Smatness – between discourse and practice" the conference was a forum to update on implications of data to build more sustainable and people-centred cities.
